ChakraDance is a transformative practice combining free-flowing movement, soul-stirring music, and creative mandala art to awaken, balance, and energize your chakras. This isn’t about learning steps—it’s about allowing your body to move intuitively, guided by the unique rhythms of music designed to resonate with each energy center. Through this process, you’ll release stagnant energy, reconnect with your authentic self, and gain insights into your inner world.

At the end of the dance, channel the energy stirred during your journey into a personal mandala—a reflective and creative expression of your experience that helps you bring what’s within to the surface.

This class is led by Rannu of Charged Heart.

Rannu is an Intuitive Healer, Chakradance Facilitator and Akashic Reader; dedicated to helping her clients rise to the next level of ascension through collective healing and connecting to your soul tribe.
